World Class Bodybuilding and Figure competitors, Dr’s Kevin and Wendy are so excited to be hosting the IDFA bodybuilding, figure and fitness model workshop on Saturday March 6, 2010 at World Health Club’s Bay Club in Calgary!
The IDFA is truly a drug free organization that promotes fair competition for all athletes. The workshop will cover all posing, walking, stage preparation, rules and regulations, what the judges are looking for and where to get the gear, training, nutrition and other important elements you need for competing.
