Before you pass judgement on the #humpday pics, think of all the knees they will fix.

?Excessive sitting and/or tight hip flexors may yield dormant butt syndrome.

?A “dormant butt” (i.e. gluteus maximus & medius weakness) may cause an altered strut (i.e. internally rotated and adducted hip), and the knees will be stuck in a rut (i.e. numerous knee injuries).

?So be sure to work on the following:
1. Stretching your hip flexors.
2. Improving your hip/glute strength.
3. Overall balance.

You may be able to keep your knees in the correct position and, ultimately, prevent or relieve your knee pain. ?

Make it a great day!
