What are E8 Fit-Camps?
The E8 Fit-Camps are energetic group training camps that utilizes a variety of equipment and exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Our E8 Fit-Camps welcome women and men of all ages and levels of fitness, and provide a total-body workout that integrates our 8 principles of fitness:
- Stress relief
- Goal achievement and we can’t forget FUN
E8 Fit-Camp consists of:
- Minimum of 5 people per group
- Variety of Camps, including co-ed and women only
- We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced level camps with availability

Active Rehabilitation Fitcamp With Dr. Kevin Ashby
This one-of-a-kind camp focuses on actively rehabilitating your injuries while reaching your highest level of fitness!
Each participant will receive a custom online nutrition and training plan from Dr. Kevin Ashby!
Boot Camp Details:
Lake Bonavista Community Centre (1401 Acadia Dr. SE)
Strathcona Community Centre (277 Strathcona Dr. SW)
Huntington Hills (The Fitness Fix – 5655 10th St. NE)
When (Starting September 2018):
Lake Bonavista: Mondays @ 8:30 am (September 10 onward)
Strathcona: Tuesdays @ 8:35 am (September 11 onward)
Huntington Hills: Thursdays @ 6:00 am (September 13 onward)
50 minutes (Strathcona & Lake Bonavista)
40 minute express (Huntington Hills)
Instructor: Dr. Kevin Ashby
Group sizes: 5 – 10
($50 per session – direct billing available*)
